In their words: sticky toffee pudding: applesauce, toffee, and vanilla ice cream. Luuuuuuuuusciously soft and sweet. The apples were lovely!
In their words: brandied fig& pecan tart: frozen honey greek yogurt and milk chocolate sauce. This is pecan pie with a PhD. I have to say, though, I think the sauce was DARK, dare I say BITTERSWEET chocolate, and an absolute revelation.
