my roommate is better than your roommate

She made TWO POUNDS OF PULLED PORK!

 DSCF2279

In the crockpot, for 6.5 hours, with a bottle o’ barbecue sauce. Upon her mom’s advice, “the reddest one the store has”, which was Stubb’s.

On a lightly toasted roll, with coleslaw, which I ended up putting on top. YUM YUM YUM!

Sounds really delicious, never had pulled pork before, and I am ultimately tempted.

Hi!
Thanks for the comment on my blog:)
I had pulled pork for the first time this year, on my holiday in the US. And I liked it, a lot!

That looks so scrumptious!
Pulled pork is amazing when it is cooked to perfection. I am sure that the slow cooker yielded pleasant results! Melt in your mouth delicious!
