Soon it won’t be tomato season anymore and I’ll be saddddddd.
Homemade bread+hummus + greek yo + exceptionally tasty homemade gazpacho + COSMO + deck = happy lunch for me.
Wish the sun hadn’t gone behind a cloud when I took the pic, though. Oh, spastic August weather. Since then we’ve had a thunderstorm and now the sun’s coming out again.
This batch of ‘pacho= broiled green bell pep, red and yellow mato, cuc, parsley, green onion, garlic, multigrain breadcrumbs, s+p, red wine vin. Apparently I’m in an abbreviatey mood.

i agree... when the farmer's market isn't filled with amazing tomatoes anymore, i'm sad

Hi Lele! Lunch looks great, I have yet to make Gazpacho and I'm seeing it everywhere lately. Gotta love tomato season - I gotta hurry up and get on this.
