savory oats!

Oh. Em. Gee. Finally tried savory oats.

They rocked. My. World.

Orange You Glad I Made Squash Oats?

1/2 cup oats

1 1/4 cup water

1/4 of a butternut squash, roasted and scooped out

1 egg

1 wedge laughing cow

Combine oats, water, and squash. Cook on medium til all is absorbed. Top with egg, fried to runny-yolked perfection, and cheese, broken into melty chunks.

Sweet squash+ hearty oats+ oozing yolk+ melty salty cheese= OH. EM. GEE.

Also had a Dunkies latte on the way home from church :D
